The Server at Restaurant named Ricardinho changed our mind about poor Spanish service. He was the only wait staff that was friendly and prompt in our 11 day stay in Spain. The food was also excellent as we did not enjoy the food in many other restaurants we went to. The cook and the open kitchen setup was similar to restaurants in us. The Shuttle to airport right on time. Excellent location. Carpeting in the room can be improved. |

Style of rooms - very modern and clean The shuttle service from the airport was abysmal. Required 2 phone calls to the hotel to find out where the airport bus had disappeared to. By the time all our party eventually arrived at the hotel, we were told that food was not available. However, thanks to an enterprising f&b Manager we got a sandwich. |

Refurbishment work meant that the hotel was noisy during the day at a time when I needed to work. However the staff did warn me of this on arrival. By the standards of international hotels the quality of the breakfasts was not good. Arrangements for the courtesy bus to and from the airport were excellent. |

Convenient location and easy access to public transportation. It did not have an employee to bring luggage to your room. |

Hotel was very modern and the price very good compared to most places I stayed during my visit to Europe. Shuttle to and from airport was a great thing for us since we had lots of luggage. Some of the staff did not seem very pleasant when we asked for information on the area. |
